MicroCounter is a tool that works to automatically count small objects or particles within a JPEG image taken from a microscope. It is an ideal program, for example, to determine the concentration of cells or bacteria in a liquid. In general, all types of detection for very small objects in a digital image.

MicroCounter is a completely free application that needs just 2MB of space. It includes two example images for you to understand how it works better and use the real patterns. To work correctly it needs Java Runtime Environment previously installed in your PC.
